Thanks for the great comment. I've found that a few simple pictures can help to influence project stakeholders.

Recently I've attended seminars where the speaker shows hundreds of written bullet-points in a PowerPoint presentation, but I leave the room remembering nothing!
A few days ago I saw a picture of a rioter throwing a TV-set through a bank's window in London, and that image is still fresh in my mind, and sums up the frustration better than any amount of text.</description>
